Hello everyone on this forum,
I recently bought my new Ryzen 5 3600 processor for my gaming rig, but the temperatures are very high, when idle between 55 and 70 degrees C, and when stresstesting, it easily reaches 95 degrees.
Do I have to worry about this or is this normal / not dangerous? I use the stock AMD cooler.
Kind Regards,
Niels
My 3600 gets warm also. I plan on buying a new cooler. Seen few vids on youtube about the subject
My mobo has the latest bios. I tried cinebench but once temp gets up fast then it clocks down quick. Though I guess everyday use and games don't put that kind of stress. What temps do you have With that cooler? I thought about the prism
Whats your vcore set at in bios , mine was at 1.4 which is high .
I lowered to 1.25v
I replaced stock cooler with a wraith prism and stays cool now. Run cinebench no problem now.
