Dont buy from them, those resellers are overpricing way too high due to low available stock and high demand.
All you can do for now is to wait for supply to go up before buying one, it was the same case with the 3900x when it first came out (High demand, low stock) it eventually went down in price a few months later when there was more stock available online.
