RX 6600 abnormal bottleneck?

I just upgraded to an RX 6600 and am getting lower to almost same fps as my old 1050ti in games such as valhalla, elden ring and halo infinite, some of them are even underperforming due to stutters making it unplayable. Is my i5 7500 really bottlenecking that much cause I did already know it was gonna bottleneck but not to such extent. Could it be something else?

Tried DDU and driver reinstall again, same results. Valhalla, Eldenring, Halo gives in low 40s fps.

There is a person who has paired a i5-7500 with 6600xt and is not having any issues like I am. Bottleneck calculator show 60fps on AC Odyssey in 1080p Ultra.

PC specs: i5 7500, RX6600, ASUS z270A, VS450W PSU, 2HDD 1SSD

For starters, I think you need to upgrade that cheap PSU to one around 600w gold..

Which Adrenalin version are you using?

AMD Ryzen 9 9900x, Asus Tuf Gaming RX 6700 XT, Asus Crosshair X870E Hero, 64gb Kingston DDR5 6000, Samsung 980pro 1tb NVME, Samsung 970 EVO Plus 1tb NVME, DeepCool Mystique 360 AIO, Antec Titanium 1000w.

I did DDU and reinstalled drivers again and now its blue for some reason...

GPU is hitting 100w with no probs so maybe problems not in the psu
