Rx 6600, i7-8700, 32gig ram,
psu 600w bronze
monitor dell ultrasharp u2515h
my fps only got 60 when play c9(continent of the ninth)
last night i got 144 fps but the next morning back to 60 fps
shall i upgrade my cpu (cause i think its bottlenecking my gpu)
