Hi! I want to update my graphics driver, it is AMD Radeon R5 340x, but all I can find is AMD Radeon R5 340, help! I don’t know if these are the same or not and I honestly do not know what I am doing

Is that the general rule with drivers?  If it is, then that will clear up a lot for me.
