Help with AMD Radeon RX 6700 XT Drivers

I have attempted to download the latest drivers for my 6700 XT and I received a 1603 error code along with AMD Display Driver Error - 2148467272 "This installation is forbidden by system policy please contact your system administrator." My display is now all whacked out obviously due to not having a driver. I feel like I have watched every video on youtube and tried everything and nothing seems to work. I have tried sfc /scannow, I used the AMD cleanup utility and tried again, still nothing. Do I need a new GPU? It could be something stupid that I am just missing because I do not know any better. I am not super computer savvy. Any tips are greatly appreciated. TIA

  1. Can you provide an AMDZ Report?

    AMDZ Report
    - Please extract the amdz-v351.zip available from https://we.tl/t-uxGvTOaOfT
    - Run amdz.exe file as an Administrator
    - Select Save All and TXT as the output format
    - Click on the blue button to save the report
    - The .txt file will be saved in the same folder where you extracted the zipped file
