Help needed

Hi,

I just bought a HP 15-fc0xxx laptop with AMD Ryzen 7730U processor with Radeon Graphics with FreeDos. I tried to install the latest version of W11 downloaded from the web but as soon as the installation starts I get this warning: “A media driver your computer needs is missing. This could be a DVD, USB or Hard Disk driver, If you have a CD, DVD, or USB flash drive with the driver on it please insert it now”. It is a problem with the Hard Disk drivers. On the HP support page there are no valid drivers for this model and the ones available are in .exe format but I need the ones in .inf format. HP customer service tells me that since I bought a laptop without an OS they can't give me support. Can anyone help me. Thank you very much.

What is the exact HP Laptop model you have?

Did it come originally with FreeDos or Windows?

I googled you laptop model and the only OS showing is for Windows.  So I need to have the exact Laptop model or Serial Number of your laptop to get the exact model you have.

That way I can find your HP Download page for your Laptop that may include both FreeDos and Windows drivers.
