HI,

I'm getting Weird issue. 

First, these are my PC :

CPU: AMD Ryzen 9 5950X 16-Core

GPU: Asrock RX 6800 XT

RAM: 128 GB

SSD: SAMSUNG 980 PRO SSD 1TB PCIe 4.0 NVMe Gen 4

Second: the previous hardwares look very good. But there is a problem with this site:

When hovering over the sections shown in the following image:

There is a slowdown in the response of the site rendering. In addition to the graphics card, its temperature increases to process the image rendering.

Tried browsing the site on another device with these hardware:
Intel i5 (gen 10)
nvidia GTX 1660 super.

I didn't find any slowdowns.

I guessed the problem is because the Ryzen processor (9 5950X) doesn't have an integrated graphics card.

Is my conclusion correct? Is there a solution?
This issue (especially for web developers) is causing some frustration for sites speed testing.

What Browser are you using ?

Your post is very great.
I am using google chrome browser in both cases (amd pc and intel pc)

After your post, Shortly before on amd pc i tried firefox browser. Everything seems fine. But on Google Chrome browser, the problem still exists.

Update:
I tested it on Microsoft Edge browser, same problem with Chrome browser.
