Hi everyone i am a 16 year old student studying IT we got an assignment of making a presentation about how CPU's are made. While searching on the web i thought who knows CPU's the best then i ended up here. So maybe you know some useful links or know something that isn't on the web and can help me out

Just for clarity to the other people that might help you, do you need to know to process of how CPUs are put together by machinery, or do you need to know the basic functional components a CPU consists out of?

Because, usually in Computer Science we had to go through diagrams and their descriptions much like the following:
