In order for someone to assist you with your AMD product, provide as much information possible as your current post cannot be resolved without that information. The link provided is not covered by either Microsoft or AMD in resolving your issue.

Such tools as HWiFO64, CPU-Z and GPU-Z will be assistive in providing the basic and important information needed, besides the manufacturer information and details.
