Frame Gen ruining performance after 3.1 update to every game that supports 3.1

In every game that support 3.1 there is an issue with using Frame Gen on both AMD and Nvidia GPUs. The fix for AMD seems to be tuning Anti Lag off, however there is no way to fix this with Nvidia cards. The turning off Reflex, the Nvidia equivalent of Anti Lag doesn't work.

Is the team aware of this? Is there going to be another update to these games?

The posts below are from Spider-Man: Miles Morales, Ghost of Tsushima and Horizon Forbidden West Steam discussions.

Frame generation worked on GTX 1650 in Ghost of Tsushima before this update, not only that but other users say they are using 20 series and 30 series cards as well in the Steam discussions.

Not only that but here is a video of someone with GTX 1650 and AMD Ryzen 5 7600, using the frame generation Horizon Forbidden West - GTX 1650 - AMD FSR 3.1 Frame Generation OFF vs ON - Official Update (youtub... https://youtu.be/41LULiMw9QY?t=556 , how is everyone's experience ever changing? I've seen people get problems with 1080s, 1650s, 20 series, RX5000 series and 6000 series. There has to be a problem with 3.1 since there was also a problem with the new Radeon program.
