I recently tried to purchase the AMD Ryzen 7 5700G from AMD shop page. I put in all my billing and shipping information and the order was succesful , however i did not receive a confirmation email. I didn't think anything about it and went to sleep. The next day I check my email and still no confirmation. I check the confirmation number that was established on AMD website, it said Congratulations on your purchase, but i also noticed above that it said that the order was unsubmitted.
I was afraid to try purchasing again because I didn't want them to bill me twice-I had no idea if the first confirmation had gone through.
Well, today, I decided to try going in and purchasing again since it'd been more than 7 days since I put the purchase order in, and it said the chips were all sold out.
I want to know if anyone has had trouble with order unsubmitted and what happened to your order.
