5700xt 2600x extremely low fps

Hello guys, 

I have a ryzen 5 2600x and a radeon rx5700xt with 16gb of ram, I am getting horribly low fps in game such as Pacify, fortnite, kovaaks. However, csgo im able to run around 230fps which completely doesnt make sense to me. Is anyone able to shed some light on the situation?

I'm having exactly the same issues with my Ryzen 5 3600 and RX 6600XT, I have a post explaining the entire thing with a bit more detail, check my profile for it.

The only thing that fixes it for me is to turn off Smart Acess Memory.

Smart access memory is automatically disabled for me, fps dropping around 15-16fps on most games other than csgo and valorant. If you find anymore info pls let me know.
