Hi,

I am trying to fill in a RMA for my Ryzen 5900x: I fill in the form, but when I click on Submit the page just reloads and the field Product Types become empty (dropdown without any possible choice), therefore I can't click submit again.
I've tried with multiple browsers (even mobile), multiple internet connections and multiple computers, same issue.

I've also sent an email to the support, no answer since a week.

I've also contacted the support on the official Taobao store, no answer there as well.

Any idea what I can do ? For information I am based in Shanghai, China.

For the RMA form working after a few days of trying.

Did your AMD Processor come in a official sealed AMD Retail box?

If it didn't then your AMD Warranty is voided since it is considered to be a OEM/TRAY Processor and your Retailer/Vendor is the one the gives you your Warranty.

If it did come in a official sealed AMD Retail box then you have a 3 year AMD Warranty which starts when your Retailer/Vendor's Return date or Warranty expires.

Yes it comes in an official sealed box, the problem is not that. The problem is that it took me a week of trials every day to get the RMA form to work correctly ...
