I have tried everything to overclock the PC over 3.8 GHz. But every time it goes over slightly, the PC either crashes, or doesn't even boot up. It is very frustrating.
Nothing works. Its almost as if the CPU is locked to a max of 3.8 GHz. What can I do.
Have tried to overclock via AMD Ryzen Master and BIOS. Nothing works.
The CPU is water cooled so should be fine to overclock higher than 3.8 as when it runs at 3.8 the max stressed temps I get is around between 38 and 41 degrees.
