Hello there i have a very important question.

Can i run 6400mhz cl32 memory on my 7950x3d ?

Its the only locally avalable RAM here.

I cant get 6000 cl30 kit here locally.

Or should i just get a 6000mhz cl36 instead that is also avalable here?

The 6400mhz cl32 ram is from lexar ares and it says it supports both xmp and expo on it and it is on my motherboard's (X670E MAG TOMAHAWK WIFI) QVL list. 

The 6000mhz cl36 kit is from corsair vengeance and it doesnt say that it supports expo nor its on the QVL list on my motherboard.

If your motherboard vendor has tested the memory kit and certified that configuration on its QVL that's a very good indication it will also work for you without issue.

However keep in mind that Zen4 only officially supports DDR5-5200 and due to silicon lottery anything over that, even a relatively conservative 6000 CL36 isn't necessarily a guarantee.

What are your options for return if the memory doesn't work?
