Ryzen Master Curve - Ryzen 5600 (Non X) question

Hello guys!

Yesterday I installed a brand new Ryzen 5600 on my AsRock b450m-hdv r4.0 (new mobo, I know sucks but I cannot change right now), with new thermal paste (arctic mx-4) and a new cooler (Thermalright Assassin Burst 120mm argb).

After installed the CPU my PC said to press Y to reset fTPM (I press Y), then activated XMP profile from BIOS (the only thing I modify in BIOS), then installed new Windows 10 64bit -> AMD drivers from AMD site, Nvidia from Nvidia site, Windows updates and all good to go.

Now the subject of this post: I downloaded Ryzen Master app from AMD site, installed, run it and Start Curve Optimizer (Per Core) but after the test was done (1 hour~) he give me -29 to all cores (restart 1 time only) and instead of Per core profile, he insta put me in All cores profile with -29. It's okay?

PC is working very great right now, idle temp ~32-36c and in CS2 with some details at high (1680x1050) I got ~50-60c (maximum 60). In task manager CPU go up to 4.4 (4.42) when Im playing.

I didn't activate from BIOS that BPO thing (should I?). It's okay to stick with only Curve Optimizer and forget about OC/AutoOC (from ryzen master) and BPO (that from BIOS)?

Sorry for making this topic so long, thanks guys!

The Ryzen 5600 is likely capable of using the max value -30 all-core CO setting. But -29 is fine also.

4.4GHz is the stock boost limit, you could add +200 to the overclock in PBO, and increase PPT from 76W to 88W. This should allow max boost of 4.65GHz.

So: I need to change manually to -30 to all cores from ryzen master?

And im not very good about overclock, last day I activated auto oc and my PC restarted when it was idle (without auto oc and only curve opt. its all good).

I need to activate firet BPO from bios? Or that +200 to add in ryzen master and ppt 88w same in ryzen master?

Can u guide me step by step please?

Do you need to change it? No, you can leave it at -29 it's only one off, each value is 3-6mV. Just saying it will likely work at the max value of -30.

Check your Ryzen Master settings, it should default to write CO and PBO changes to BIOS. You can disable that if you just want to use Ryzen Master to test drive your changes. That way if it's unstable just reset/reboot and it's back to normal.
