pc: Alienware aurora r10 ryzen edition

Amd Adrenaline vers 24.4.1

Bios: 2.7.0

I have a ryzen 7 5800 and amd adrenaline and ryzen master are showing this:

Not really sure what to do.

figured it out. i took the cmos battery out to clear it and forgot to go into the bios and change the settings back now its working.

Ok i thought i fixed it. It was working until i turned it off for the night and when i turned it back on it wasnt showing cpu voltage or temp. So i uninstalled Amd adrenaline and reinstalled it for it to work again until i turned it off for the night (again) and back on the next day. Not sure if its a bug or if i should be worried but im going to uninstall and download version before 24.4.1.

Update: I uninstalled amd arenaline and drivers with ddu and it worked for 3 days. Turned my pc on and started adrenaline and its now not showing the temps or voltages again. Not sure what else to do.

thekiller199365, this is clearly an RM defect, reported and I do not know why AMD has not corrected it yet. Please make sure you have the latest version (2.13.0.2908). If not, please DL here and open a Bug Report (top right corner). Thanks and enjoy, John.

I am now on:

Adrenaline software 24.5.1

Ryzen master 2.13.0.2908

Alienware bios: 2.8.0

The problem is still there but it comes and goes sometimes when I restart the pc. I have sent a bug report.

The other problem that I have and not sure what it could be is when I'm playing games even older games like battlefield 4 the GPU utilization goes from 96% to 0% and fps goes from 200 to 30 or lower but then itll go back to normal for few minutes sometimes its seconds. I also have everything disabled in the adrenaline settings.

Adrenaline performance tab is now showing this for the CPU:

Thanks, thekiller199365. Please open a BUG report. In RM upper right corner funny icon. It would not hurt to do the same in Adrenaline.

Please open a new thread for the performance problem with a screenshot of RM during this drop.

Ok I will. I've also just rolled back to 24.3.1 and performance problem was solved. Thanks for the help.
