I just factory reset my laptop but after i installed the AMD adrenalin software its not opening. How do i fix this? I already tried a bunch of solutions from youtube like deleting CN folder, Deleting some files in CN folder, adding a new file in CN folder, etc. I'm using a laptop with ryzen 9 5900hs but i cant seem to find any drivers for manual download from the website. I dont know if im doing it right but i believe there isnt one included on the list.

1. Use AMDCleanUputility: https://www.amd.com/en/resources/support-articles/faqs/GPU-601.html

2. Instal driver again.

3. If problem persist run CMD with and administrator privileges and type [SFC /Scannow]

4. Run CMD with and administrator privileges and type [DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth]

5. If problem persist still try installing Net Frameworks packages(as i remember for adrenalin 4.5 NET is needed https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=30653) and/or C++ Redist package(https://www.techpowerup.com/download/visual-c-redistributable-runtime-package-all-in-one/) it might be required to use the software.

What is your laptop manufacturer and model?

You need to find the support page for your laptop and download the current drivers from there.

In my opinion, all AMD drivers and software should come from AMD, here. Enjoy, John.
