From time to time My PC freezes for about 15~25 seconds then goes back to normal with sound being fine ( no stutters in sound )
I have C state disabled
I have AMD Quiet&Cool feature disabled
I have Curve optimizer set to Negative -30 to all cores ( tried the default but problem still occurs )
I have tried reinstalling windows
any help?
