Is there any R5 2400G in a 4c/4t configuration ?
Do i have to send it back to the seller ?
(i don't want to have to, but i don't have my full cpu ...)

Yes it was because SMT wasn't enabled.
It's weird that it needs to be enabled to have 4 extra threads coming live, but what do i know.
