X470 PCIe lanes

I am contemplating a home server build but need to know if I will run into PCIe issues.

Using X470 and Ryzen 2700.

I have

PCIe2 8x HP Smart Array Card

PCIe2 8x 10Gbe Card

PCIe3 1x Video Card

Also not sure this one counts PCIe 2 8x SAS Expander, this only uses power no PCIe data lanes.

I want to also use an M.2 NVMe drive using 4 lanes

With 24 lanes on Ryzen 2 and X470 am I going to run into trouble or performance issues?

I current have the above running on an FX8370 with 990 chipset with no issues.

They are capable of supporting that, but ensure whichever motherboard you choose will divide them up properly. The ASUS Prime X470, for example, has 3 PCIe x16 physical slots capable of x8/x8 and x4  which would work with what you want to do.
