I can't change my ram speed

I realized that my ram is not running at 3600 MHz; instead, it is running at 3200 MHz. I tried enabling Profile 1 in the BIOS, but when I saved it, my system wouldn't boot. It would get stuck on a black screen for a few minutes. eventually, it would boot, but when I checked my ram speed in task manager, it was still at 3200 MHz.

parts:
cpu: ryzen 5 5600x
mobo: Gigabyte B550m ds3h
ram: lexar 2x8gb
gpu: rtx 3050
ssd: crucial p5 plus 500gb
psu: cougar 650W

Hi, does your ram kit shows as tested in the board QVL?

If it does not, then thats the answer. But you can still try and make it work, lower the timmings and input speed manually.

If it boots, then stress test the system with a memtest (and other benchs) for a couple of hours.

Good luck
