When you asked for the BOOT Kit, were there any instructions or address on how to return the Boot Kit back to AMD?
Either by Email from AMD or inserted paperwork in the Boot Kit?
The BOOT Kit itself didn't provide a return label or address or instructions on how to return it?

This is the answer that AMD Moderator Ray gave to that particular User:
DO NOT FOLLOW THE ADDRESS IN RAY"S REPLY SINCE THIS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. YOU NEED TO CHECK YOUR EMAIL TO SEE WHAT ADDRESS THEY GAVE YOU TO SEND BACK THE BOOT KIT.
Or contact AMD Warranty again and ask them how to return the Boot Kit.
