I have a video of my issue I hope a driver or something can resolve this.
It could be a hidden process not showing up in Task Manager. Or Task Manager wasn't launched with Admin privileges.
For troubleshooting, boot into Windows Safe Mode or try a different boot media and see if the behavior changes.
Or just reinstall Windows.
i tried that i reinstalled windows like a few months ago for the dame issue but it keeps coming back. There needs to be a permanent fix. There was an update when I launched Warzone and afterword's it started the CPU started cycling.
Then some app that was installed is causing the CPU utilization spikes. It may have installed as a service rather than running as a process.
msconfig.exe is a great Windows tool to isolate boot processes and services.
IronBeast74, 100% Usage has little meaning in Windows. They do not understand how to determine usage of a multicore processor. Temperature is what matters not usage. Post a screenshot of Ryzen Master (RM) Advanced View in the conditions you are worried about and all your parts. John.
