Hi, so I requested a boot kit over a week ago and sent the pictures that were requested. However I've received no reply on the status of my boot kit and when I've tried to email I've just been told "thank you for your patience". Is it possible if I could know my status of my boot kit and how long until I receive it as I literally can't use my pc until I get it. Thank you for any help.
