Hi Folks,
So I last built a PC back in 2013 and didn’t try to keep up with the knowledge base after that. Flash forward to a few months ago and my Motherboard suddenly died, so I started scrambling for parts. The build seems to be stable and I have not overclocked anything right now. So yesterday I decided to try the CPU-Z benchmark and my score seems to be better than I expected, in fact better than a 3800X in Single and Multi Thread:

So my questions are:
Am I reading something in CPU-Z incorrectly?
Is this just a “standard deviation” of a 3700X score?
Did I the win the chip lottery and get the chewy part of the wafer?
If this is a better chip, are there any know concerns when I do attempt to Overclock?
I think the main downside of this build is cooling, since I’m not overclocking right now I have the stock CPU cooler and I recycled 4 old (and cheap) Case fans. And after cleaning them up and reinstalling I somehow managed to break one, so down to 3 fans. I plan on getting around to better quality fans in time for summer.
Thank you in advance for your time and have a good day!
