I sent an email monday for a boot kit :  Service Request: {ticketno:[8200807501]}

Didn't have a response yet and still wasn't asked any additional info, my bills or else.

Do you know the usual time to get a response and the time before receiving a boot kit ? I really want to use that 2600x  : )

We are waiting for a picture of  your CPU and the CPU serial number before we can proceed with sending you out your bootkit. As soon as we have those, we will dispatch it for you.
