Hi, I've recently purchased a Ryzen 5 3600 to put in my new B450 board. As could be foreseen, the board needed a BIOS flash and so I had to request a boot kit. Granted, I needed a computer for online schooling soon, but this was okay as I didn't need it up and running till the next week.
It was Tuesday that I requested a boot kit and two days later I finally received a response asking me for more details as to approve the request. That morning I replied with all details and attachments as requested and I have yet to receive any further correspondence or confirmation of approval.
Is this sort of wait to be expected a boot kit request?
