Hello dear! My processor under auto boost heats up to 100-105 degrees in Aida64 extreme. While in 3dmark stress test time spy extreme temperature is not more than 62 degrees. What could be the problem? Cooler Enermax ets-t50 axe silent edition.

ismail141516, the Max Temps = 95°C for your processor, so I doubt it is reaching 100-105C.  I suspect you are running a bad monitor application like HWinfo.  Please post your system components and post a screenshot of Ryzen Master (R) - simply drag-n-drop the image into your reply.  No need for external links.  Please uninstall any strange applications, do a Clear CMOS, then do the shot of RM  Thanks and enjoy, John.

Temperature data taken from aida64 extreme and msi comand center. In the ryzen master program, the temperature readings are similar. My PC components:
