I'm new to AMD Ryzen.  I just got a Threadripper 3960X.  Where is the serial number?

Is it the number etched on the top of the chip two lines below the model number?

From AMD Warranty Request on how to fill out the Online Warranty form:

All the information on the Processor should be printed on top of the Processor and on the AMD Box it came in.
