9950X3D stutter

I just installed and think I did all the drivers for the CPU, MOBO and GPU but if i am gaming on one monitor and watching a stream on the other, the stream constantly lags or stutters or the game does. My i9 12900K handled this all and its an older CPU.

 

GPU: Gigabyte 4090

MOBO: MSI Carbon X870E

64 gigs of Dominator at 6000mhz

I am having the exact issue, formatted the whole PC and still games are stuttering horribly, I was using a 7950x with the exact same set up and had no issues whatsoever, now with the 9950x3d games are running really really bad.

sorry to hear that! wish someone knew what was going on... if i watch the video stream, game craps out... if i play the game, stream craps out. CPU usage is not really hitting high numbers either.

I am on an Asus x670e hero, I tried Asus chipset drivers rather than AMDs(don't usethe latest drivers) from their website and the stutter is gone although I am having some other issues with core parking... it might be worth giving it a try.

9950x3d on auroras x670 elite only 8 CPU  i upgrade from the 9800 and its only showing 8 cores
