Hello!

I have just bought 144Hz Freesync monitor. But my current card in Nvidia. I am able to set up 120Hz in windows and seems like it works. But what actual Hz will I get in games?

By default it should be 120Hz either
For some games with advanced display control panel you can set any available refresh rate

Will 120Hz work without freesync - Yes
