This problem happens when I install the drivers from integrated graphics.

I've already updated bios and installed the latest version of amd graphic drivers. 

This is my build

Ryzen 5 7600x with cooler master 212 spectrum v3

b650m aorus elite x

32gb ram ddr5 lexar thor 4800 mhz (OC deactivated)

msi mag 750w 80 plus gold

and case cooler master Q300L V2 with some okinos coolers 

note that I do not have dedicated graphics, this problem is with integrated graphics...

Does anyone have a solution?

I'm having very similar issues.

I found that the AMD Display Adapter driver is not working/crashing in my system with 7600X and MSI Tomahawk X870. On startup, I race to open Device Manager and Uninstall the display adapter. It works fine for this session. After reboot/shutdown, I open device manager and Display Adapter will be the Generic Microsoft driver. The system will auto update the driver to AMD and it will start to flash black. I must uninstall the AMD driver again.

I haven't installed my GPU yet but will probably disable the integrated graphics once card in in place.
