Hi,
My HDMI Output has stopped working on my HP Pavilion Desktop PC 570-p0XX, following I think a Win10 update?, My HDMI output is connected to a Samsung 27" Monitor and all was working fine on a res of 1920x1080 60Hz - The Samsung Monitor Model T27D590CX now says "resolution not supported, change the resolution of the external device" when connected PC HDMi to HDMi (HDMi 1/DVI PC/Samsung) - I have tested the Samsung monitor's HDMi input with another PC and all works fine at this resolution - I have changed the HDMi Cable and this doesnt solve the issue - I have updated all the latest display drivers recommended by the HP Support assistant - I have rolled back the AMD Driver to a previous version to see if this solves the issue (assume this controls the HP HDMi Output?) - I have set differant resolution outputs via the Intel HD Graphics Panel - all with no joy, It all points to the HDMi Output of the HP Pavilion which seems to be now outputting a wrong resolution the display can not identify or work with? The VGA Out is ok and works fine however if I connect the VGA and HDMI to my Monitor and set this to 1024x764 the HDMI Out works? if I then unplugg the VGA cable and leave the HDMI Connected the Samsung Monitor goes back to "Resolution not supported, change the resolution of the external Device". Can anyone help resolve?
