RX6600 blocking PC start

I don't known how to put a specific title, since I don't have any idea of what happened.

The situation

I been using my computer for normally, playing games, using my usual apps, etc.

From one day to another (specifically from 5th of June, 2024 to 6th of june, 2024), my computer won't startup. I tried everything I can think on, but nothing works.

My computer arrangement is the following:

  • Motherboard: Aorus B450 Pro WiFi (rev. 1.x)
  • CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 5600 (without GPU/APU)
  • RAM: 24GB at 2400MHz (8GB is a Corsair and 16GB is a Kingston Fury)
  • GPU0: RX 6600 (primary screen)
  • GPU1: RX 560 (secondary screen)
  • PSU: XFX TS 750W (80+ broce)
  • SO: Windows 11 Pro

Before the failure, two or three days before, I completely reinstalled the drivers (using AMD Cleanup Utility and Web Installer). There was no problem until the day before when I opened Office Word and put it on the secondary screen. Then the video driver crashes again and again until a blue screen appears. I restarted the computer and everything was fine.

This was common for me, since a year ago I had the same problem (but never a blue screen), until it was solved by itself with a driver update. I always attributed this problem to the 2 GPU configuration of my computer (I don't know if this is a bug or something like that) and I never gave it much importance.

The next day I try to start my computer and it won't start.

Then I try the obvious and the first ideas I have:

  • Clean the PCI-express X16 ports.
  • Try changing the PCI-express PSU Cable (my PSU is not modular and have 4 of this connectors; paired in 2, which is one cable of the PSU have 2 of this connectors) (Have a problem with this to, but again it seems to have resolved itself)
  • Changing the RX6600 to another PCI-express slot (I have 3, only tested with 2 but I don't think it made a difference on the third one, and is quite difficult to put it in there)
  • Disabling the TMP (I also had issues to with this too)

Nothing of that works, but the computer only starts in this two situations:

  • The RX6600 is not on the motherboard
  • Or, if it's on the mother board, without the external power supply (PCI-express PSU disconnected)

In both cases the graphic card is not powered and I can't do anything to see what's happening from the computer.

I unmount the fans and the dissipator, but everything seems to be right.

Normally (as you can see) I troubleshot all my computer problems, from hardware to software. I buy any part of my computer and install it myself for years (more than 10). This is the first time that I have not found information about a problem (mainly because I do not know the exact cause of the defect) and I haven't been able to solve it with what I know.

I guess this last part is very obvious considering my setup, I don't think any shop that builds computers will assemble this Frankenstein.

The main questions is, what happen from one day to the next?
The computer seemed to be working fine until that day, and the computer stayed offline all night.

Currently the computer is working fine, but without my main graphics card. I put the RX 560 on the first PCI port and everything works fine.

The main reason of having two graphics card, in case anyone was wondering, is to have two monitors. The RX6600 only have 1 HDMI port, and I can't find a DisplayPort to HDMI or VGA adapter that works (yes, my second screen only supports VGA input. I have a HDMI to VGA adapter, but the first monitor only supports HDMI input).

I'm from Argentina, so I don't speak English natively, sorry for any misspelling and feel free to ask about anything you don't understand.
