Hey guys... unfortunately i have stutter problem with my pc...i have noticed that whenever i have these stutters my gpu usage comes down and having the same thing with my cpu usage...so i took my friends GPUs(rx5700xt and rx6800) and i had the same problem so i think whatever it is its not about my rx6900xt...the psu is the most thing I'm suspicious about... I'm using it for 2k gaming
What i have tried so far:
-Testing 2 different gpus and i still had the same problem
-turned off SAM and resizebar
-changed Windows 3 times(tried both windows 10 and 11)
-used older drivers
-used ddu to remove the driver
-used different power plan
-used occt to check psu power stability and there was no problem
-turned off game bar and uninstalled xbox app
-updated the MB bios to the latest version
Can it be the psu which cause these problem?my Gpu temp is so good and its 65c at most and my cpu temp is not that bad...its around 60c or 70c in most games
The games that i had the most problem with is Alan Wake 2 and i have the most usage drop in this game
