I recently bought an ASRock Rx6800XT.
I've been having issues with the clock rates dropping from the 2400-2500 range that I have the card clocked to all the way to 400 mhz.
This only happens for a couple of seconds, but it causes some pretty bad lag when I'm playing games.
My gpu, cpu, and RAM utilization are all pretty low so I don't think there are any bottlenecks there.
I've also disabled ULPS within MSI Afterburner, but that hasn't helped.
I've heard that MorePowerTool could be a possible fix.
I've attached a few pictures of my overclock settings and a graph of my clock speed spikes when I am in game.
Please let me know if there are any ways to fix this.
