Hello, I recently got the xfx merc 310 7900 xtx and I’ve noticed if the card is not at 100% utilization in game the fans won’t spin faster than 450-500 rpm letting the temps get up to 70°. When it’s being utilized 100% the fans will do it’s thing and keep it nice and cool. Just wanted to see if this is a normal thing?
