Hello, I'm having issues with a Gigabyte RX6600 Eagle. After installing it, for about 2 days, my PC worked normally. Suddenly, when I turn on the PC, Windows is frozen. I have no access to applications, settings, task manager, nothing; only file folders open, but nothing else works. I identified that the problem was with the graphics card because when I remove it, the PC works normally. When I put the card back in, the same freezing issue occurs again. The only way to turn off the PC is by forcing a shutdown using the button since the menus don't respond. I formatted the PC several times, and the problem persists, whether it's Windows 10 or 11. I installed older drivers for the card, but without success. It seems to be an error related to some driver and Windows since the PC works normally without the graphics card.
