Problems with RX6600 hardware acceleration. When hardware acceleration is enabled in applications (Chrome and so on), the video card starts to work unstable, artifacts appear, fix this
In AMD adrenaline > settings > graphics > wait for vertical refresh > change it to off, unless application specifies (if it's set to 'always off' the bug with hardware acceleration will happen) reboot it and the bug should be gone else wait for a new update on which they fix it.
