I recently built my computer in June of this year, and I've been having problems with certain games with my computer restarting after playing the game for a certain amount of time.

Device PCI\VEN_1002&DEV_67DF&SUBSYS_50251849&REV_E7\4&3af90423&0&0009 had a problem starting.

I know it's the graphics card specifically because I was able to test it at my friends house and it still had the same problem.

That is not the cause of your problem, look in event viewer and you see that only with each driver update.
