I cannot change it back to normal even after resetting windows or reinstalling graphics driver. I believe it happened after an AMD's update. I tried running GPU benchmark, but it only used CPU and fan- it went to 93 degrees, so I closed it.
Have you tried uninstalling the Adrenaline driver then running AMD clean up utility. Reinstall Adrenaline driver and retest.
