I just purchased a new desktop PC it has a AMD 5600 G, nvidia 3060 and windows 11.
I keep getting the AMD software error on start up, my games ( wow and tft keep crashing and my audio keeps cutting in and out)
Ive tried searching online, dowloaded amd's drivers/software and nothing is working. Can someone point me in the right direction please
What amd software error popup ?, take a pic and post it.
Check event viewer for logged windows errors to see it might shed more light on your issue
What are you running for memory? ..and at what speed is it actually running at? (Task Manager>Performance>Memory)
What power supply make/model are you running?
List exact AMD software error
Make sure your BIOS is up to date .. and that you have the latest AM4 chipset drivers installed from AMD.com
You have an AMD Integrated Graphics (5600"G") and a powerful Nvidia GPU card (RTX3060).
Why are you using the Motherboard's Video Outputs for the AMD Integrated Graphics and not the Video Outputs on your powerful Nvidia GPU card?
If you use the Nvidia GPU Card you games should run fine unless there is a conflict between the AMD and Nvidia Graphics driver.
