Navi Cards on old motherboards

Hi community!
Recently i bought a new RX6600 for my pc, the specs are the following:
R5 3600
GIGABYTE AB350M-Gaming 3-CF
Kingston fury 2X16 3200
Evga 600B
Samsung 970EVO Plus 500gb
The problem starts when randomply when brwsing and playing videos the whole system freezes for 1 second and i hear robotic sound somthing like BRR, i don-t get a crash o anything but when it happens 2 or 3 times in a row is weird, this is definitely an stability issue.
I fell like i-ve tried everything, BIOS update, DDU driver instalation, wiondows reinstall, diferent RAM, diferent PSU, chipset drivers. The most curious thing is that i even tried a 6700XT that i use for mining and a i have the exact same problem! But when i go back to my rx570 everything seems good.
At this point i think that the only possible problem is my mobo, does someone know if there is a problem between new gpu-s and "older" motherboards?
Has anyone encounter or hear abaout something similar happening?
Thank you very much!

The B350 chipset only supports PCIe 3.0 and the RX 6000 series GPUs are PCIe 4.0

This is normally not a huge issue if all 16x lanes are utilized, however the RX 6600 is only an 8x lane card. This will likely cause a bottleneck and reduce performance.

No idea on the robotic sound effects unfortunately unless you're describing coil whine.

Not coil whine, when those random system freezes occur it also affects the audio playing causing that buzz or static robotic sound.
PS:
I didn't got any crashes when performing stress test.

If I read your first post correctly you aren't getting any crashes at all, only reduced performance, lag and audio glitches. This can absolutely be caused by the bottleneck introduced by 8x PCIe lanes on old gen 3.0 hardware - the RX 6500XT is particularly bad as it only has 4x PCIe lanes.
