when i play any game my 6750xt gpu uses more than 95 percent. my configuration is 

Processor :- intel i5 13400 13th gen 

graphic card :- amd radeon 6750xt 12 gb

ram :- 16x2 32gb

ssd :- 1tb 

my uses uses while playing any game is under 20% and my gpu is utilize more than 95% in thit same game. this is bottlenecking or what

What game?, it may be the game engine has preferred gpu use.

Have you heard/read about the terms used, cpu or gpu bound.
