RX 6600 XT windows screen issue

Hi, I have a little problem. For some time now, I've been seeing a flickering line of pixels on the lower edge of my screen. This line only appears under specific conditions, namely only when using the extended display settings in Windows 10. When I switch screens to screen sharing, the problem disappears, as does when I disconnect the additional monitor. The monitor that I'm having trouble with is the Iiyama Red Eagle G-Master GB2770HSU. The screen works fine on its own and doesn't cause any issues. Also, when launching some games and applications, the problem seems to go away. I thought the issue might be due to updated drivers in Radeon Adrenaline, but after doing a backup, the problem persisted. The pictures show this line of pixels. I should add that this line continuously pulses on the desktop. What could be the problem?

So I bought a Powercolor RX 6600 XT last week and I'm having problems with the card's drivers; I think it might be a driver's problem because the card works perfectly when using the Microsoft basic display driver.

The problem is the following: Using the correct drivers (now using 22.5.1 recommended) everyday when I power up the PC the screen goes black after the windows logo, it doesn't restart or freeze or anything, it just doesn't show any image at all like there's no video signal. But if I turn it off with the power button and start it again it boots normally and it works fine, the black screen doesn't happen. So I have to power up the PC twice everyday because it doesn't show any image the first time (Unless I use microsoft basic drivers).

What can it be? I already made a clean install of the drivers using DDU, tried with older and newer optional driver versions and I always have the same issue.

Specs are:

Motherboard: ASRock A320M-HDV R4.0

Ryzen 5 3400G

2x4 GB RAM. A SSD and a HDD

I have MSI 6600XT using 23.12.1 Windows 11.

My PC connect to monitor Gigabyte 144hz and TV LG 60HZ. All runs good back and forth.

So between monitor not too compatible with the AMD driver (even I check your monitor also quite high spec). My country does not sell your monitor.

Try use your friends monitor and see if you get the same issue. or try use DP instead of HDMI (or try HDMI if now you are using DP)

About that fatanraja issue, this issue resolved on 23.11.1 version.
