Hello guys !

I have a MSI 5700 XT Mech OC with the new drivers installed 19.11.1, last bios update (my motherboard : msi b350m pro vdh) and I have blue screen concerns when I am playing FFXIV on 3440 x 1440.

Nothing is overclocked and the options are on default on the Adrenalin panel.

Blue screen reports : SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION / dxgkrnl.sys (PC scanned to find malware and I have the last version of DirectX installed for sure)

Any tips ?

Hello, not sure if this is relevant or not but i got black screen of death after like 10 sec when playing FFXIV on my ASUS TUF3 5700XT. What i did was to disable DirectX 11 in FFXIV Launcher settings and then play in borderless window mode.

Try an older driver, maybe the newest is broken, there are more complains about the 11.1 than previous drivers

I came back to the 19.10.1 and I still have blue screens everyday
