My son bought a new pc build with the required specs for the card. We boot up the pc and have no issues with the internal graphics card. Installed the amd 7800 (seated the pins and plugged in the power supply) and the monitor says “no dp signal” and won’t display. We took the card out and the PC and the display worked again with the internal card. we installed the drivers from amd before putting in the 7800 again and updated windows. Put the 7800 card back in and still nada. The monitor won’t detect the signal no matter what hdmi plugs we use. Not sure what we are missing….maybe the graphic card is a dud? The fan on the 7800 is spinning.
