I can't put black bars in cs go
, I have enabled GP scaling and keep the aspect ratio, but black bars are not put
If I go to the desktop and put 1024x768 in the Windows settings, then black bars appear, but when I'm in the game, the picture is stretched

In Adrenalin, under Display, Scaling Mode, use Center or Preserve Aspect Ratio. You can also change the GPU Scaling depending on if you want the GPU or the Display to handle it. This usually always fixes the problem for me. I hope this fixes your problem.
